Returns Policy

You have 7 days to return your item after you receive it,EXCEPTION: there are no returns for BAMBOO/thatch products or products made of Bamboo. Buyers pay for return shipping but we will ship a new item (with buyer agreement) at no cost. Throughout the county, fire inspectors may have diverse requirements and it is therefore strongly recommended that you consult with your local inspector prior to any purchase or installation. NO guarantees as to the fire safety or the acceptability by the governing authorities are expressed or implied by Tropical Decor Outlet. Fire safety is very important and the standards will and do vary. Therefore, advanced planning in conjunction with your local Fire Marshal is not on a must, but a very wise and cost effective decision. Do not cut corners!
